When are Minutes from the Last Board Meeting Posted?

In response to some questions regarding when Board minutes are posted, our revised policy is as follows. The Recording Secretary sends the minutes to the Board within one week of the meeting. The Board then has one week to review and vote their approval. If no Board Member objects, the minutes are published within a couple days of the vote. If any Board Member votes no, the minutes are held to be discussed and approved at the next Board meeting. Those minutes are then posted within a couple days of that meeting.

Meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month. Please send any items you wish the Board to discuss a week prior to the meeting.
