I’ve been actively involved in the Border Collie breed for 14 years, served multiple stints as President of the Border Collie Club of Greater Los Angeles, chair our Border Collie Specialty, chair our Herding trials and work at Agility and Obedience events.  I have served on the Board of the Antelope Valley Kennel Club (an All Breed Club), Tri-Valley Working Dog Club, and the Southern California Kennel Owners and Breeder’s Association and am a member of multiple clubs.  I volunteer often and am actively involved.

I worked in motion picture marketing and sales for both independent film companies and major studios for over 30 years. I worked with every level, from interns new to the job to high level CEOs and motion picture celebrities.  As an executive in international marketing for Sony Pictures, I would correspond daily to movie executives worldwide.

I have 2 dual champion Border Collies.  Multiple champions, including Bred By champions.  I’m currently competing, and am an instructor for K9 Nose Work and teach group handling classes.

I had the honor to judge Sweeps at the Border Collie Nationals.  I am now a Border Collie Conformation Judge, as well as an AKC Scent Work Judge.

I have been incredibly blessed with the very best teachers, mentors and friends, teachers and mentors throughout the dog world.  Because of this, my dogs have done very well in competition including numerous awards in herding, agility, conformation, rally and K9 Nose Work©.

I’m an AKC Breeder of Merit and my litter was filmed for the Animal Planet TV show TOO CUTE and my dogs and puppies have been in numerous TV and print ads, on the cover of dog food packaging and in numerous calendars.

Currently I’m working as an instructor in K9 Nose Work©, teach a Handling class and work full time as a Dog Trainer (proudly certified CPDT-KA).
