My
name is Cami Roland. I am eleven years old and "Shiver" (CH UACH Wildfire
Totally Spinetingling CGC OA OAJ RA) is three years old.
I started dog training when I was three or four years old. I have been showing Shiver for three years. We do Agility, Obedience, Rally, Tracking, Herding and Freestyle. I also do Junior Showmanship with my mom's dog IAN. He is also a Champion from imported lines. I enjoy dressing Shiver up and grooming her. I work at Dogwood Petcare Center where we do boarding, grooming and training. I help with the dogs and classes. We also board cats! I like to go up to the veterinary clinic when I can since I am very interested in being a vet. I help at Dogwood in the boarding and grooming. I work Shiver in my free time when I am not in the sixth grade at Maple Elementary School.
I have taught Shiver many tricks: such as taking off my shoes/socks, jumping in my arms and looking away when I tell her too. Shiver loves squirrels and kitties. We have three other boy Border Collies and 3 cats. My dream is to go to Crufts. I want to show dogs for a long time. I enjoy the Border Collies because they are full of energy and never seem to want to stop. They make a great kids' dog!! When Shiver gets her CDX my mom will let me get another dog. Shiver will also be having puppies soon. This will be our first National Specialty together. We are in Agility/Rally and our first try in Novice A obedience. I will also be in Junior Showmanship with IAN.
