Titles earned by 20 breeds in the Herding Group, 6 breeds from the Working Group and two FSS breeds.
The number of Herding Titles earned in 2010 was 1,746 from the Herding Group, 98 from the Working Group and 2 from FSS breeds. The total was 1,846 Herding Titles. In 2009 this total was 2,075. In 2010 there was a decrease 229 Titles earned.
The number of dogs competing in Herding Trials in 2010 was 10,079. This is compared to 10,326 in 2009. The decrease between 2010 and 2009 was 247.
The number of dogs competing in Herding Tests was 2,550 in 2009 compared to 2,674 in 2009 for an decrease of 254.
The number of Herding Trials in 2010 was 440 which was down 17 from the previous year. In 2009 there was 457. The number of Herding Tests in 2010 was 319 down 1 from the previous year which was 320 in 2009.

HERDING TESTED:
Border Collies earned 110 of the 759 Tested titles for approximately 14% of the Tested titles for 13% less than 2009.

HERDING TRIAL:
Border Collies earned 457 of the Trial titles totally 1040. This is 44% of the Trial titles and 57% of the total HX titles.
