SPECIALTY ANNOUNCEMENTS

The latest...

9.24.05 - CERF CLINIC CANCELLED - LISA PRUKA, HEALTH COMMITTEE CHAIR
Now for some disappointing news . . .despite tremendous interest, we will be unable to hold a CERF clinic at the 2005 Specialty this year.  The Specialty is the same week as the DAVCO national conference and all 300+ eye vets would likely be in attendance. If you have registered, your check will be returned.

Due to a park conflict we have to cancel our tracking test on October 9.

07.19.05 - JUDGE REASSIGNMENTS FOR HERDING ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY

Rearranging the judging assignments for herding has allowed us to get more dogs in and fewer on the alternate list.

  • On Monday, October 10, Jan Wesen will now judge started A and intermediate A sheep.  Jim Buzzard will judge started B and intermediate B sheep.

  • On Tuesday, October 11, Terry Workman will judge started A and intermediate A sheep.  Jan Wesen will judge started B and intermediate B sheep.

  • Because of the judge changes, any exhibitor who does not wish to remain entered under the new judge is entitled to a complete refund of entry fees.

Please contact Derek Pattison, Laughing Coyote Productions directly to cancel your entries.

If you are currently on the alternate list for herding, we encourage you to stay on the list. Last year many of the alternates did get to run.

Official Notice - Change of Judge (from the Laughing Coyote web site):
In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 1 of the AKC Herding Regulations, due to the large entry, and with American Kennel Club approval, the following changes apply:
