• Booths are outdoors at Purina Farms, on a gravel surface. Note that Purina has recently improved their vendor area, as well as much of the grounds to improve drainage, etc.

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables and other booth amenities.

• Specialized Catering Services will have a booth at the herding field and the show site for you to buy breakfast and lunch.

• Vendor Fee: $100 refundable deposit (to be returned upon arrival).

• Vendors are asked to donate a $100 retail value item(s) for the raffle.  All raffle proceeds will go to the BCSA Health Fund.  Vendors donating items will receive a free one page ad in the catalog.  The ad will also appear on the BCSA web site with a link to your web site.
