ORDER INFORMATION - Order now! Limited quantities and colors at Specialty!

• Order Form: To order, complete and print the easy on-line order form.  For each shirt, select: shirt type (5 choices), size and color.  Please note that not every shirt type is available in every color.

• Deadline: Orders must be received by 8/17/05. Late orders not accepted. Checks only payable to BCSA.  NOTE EARLY DUE DATE!

• Shipping/Handling: $5 for the 1st shirt, $1 per shirt thereafter (or pickup at specialty for free).

• Delivery: Make certain you select a delivery option: "Ship to me" or "Pick-up at Specialty".  Shirts will be ordered in one single order after the final due date and will be shipped just prior to the specialty. Odds are reasonable that you should receive your order in time to wear at the specialty, but there are no guarantees in life!

• Returns: Returns/replacement only for damaged goods—shirt must be returned for inspection.
