The planning stages for the BCSA Rescue Benefit Dinner are underway. We are still in need of a number of volunteers to help work that evening.  Jobs include: set up, clean up, bankers, customer assistance with ticket raffle, auction, retrieval raffle and a few floaters to help where needed.

Volunteers are also needed to help before the event.  Those jobs include: making posters, sending thank you notes to donors, securing site location supplies (like tables, chairs), decorations, creating tickets to sell, picking up office supplies needed for event and other odds and ends that come up.

Enjoy a buffet meal with friends, a night of exciting and unique Border Collie merchandise and other great prizes. The evening will include several events: Ticket Raffle, Auction, Rescue Parade and NEW THIS YEAR...Retrieval Raffle.

Dinner reservations are greatly appreciated to get an accurate head count for the caterer. Can’t spend the entire evening at the benefit, but still need to eat and would like to help rescue? Try our new "Take Out". A limited number of dinner tickets can be purchased at the www.Doggytoyland.com vendor booth the week of the Specialty for last minute guests.
