REGISTER OF MERIT PROGRAM CENTRAL The Register of Merit program (ROM) was developed by the BCSA to recognize the contributions of dogs and bitches to the breed. The designations are: Register of Merit (ROM), Register of Merit Excellent (ROMX), Register of Merit Foundation (ROMF), Honorary Register of Merit (HonROM), Noteworthy Sires, Noteworthy Dams.
The statistics for the ROM scoreboard have been compiled using
a variety of sources. The ROM statistics are current as of December 2005. They
reflect titles dogs have earned through December 2005. Please note that only
AKC titles are considered. We have tried to be as
accurate as possible, but sometimes mistakes can happen. We appreciate
your help and patience as we get all of the information compiled and posted.
Please contact
Kim Sykes for questions concerning whether your dog should be listed or
about any of the dogs currently listed. Contact
Lisa Pruka if you find
a current listing error.
