Overnight parking for RVs is
being offered from Sunday, October 21, until Monday, 8am, October 29. No discharging of gray or black tanks at either location!
Anyone parking at either location must keep their space clean and must clean up
after their dogs. Anyone wishing to park together must send in parking
reservations in same envelope.

GOLF CARTS:
Golf carts are available to rent through Brown's
Service, phone number is 262-728-1030 and the fee is $45/day or $250/wk for 2
person cart; 4 person cart is $85/day or $365/wk.
RULES AND INFORMATION - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY (FORMS/MAP BELOW)

You must pre register for
RV parking and tent camping.

ALL SPACES WILL BE
PRE-ASSIGNED AND MADE ACCORDING TO RV LENGTH.

Paid reservations must be
post marked no later than October 1, 2012. No refunds will be issued after
this date.

Payment in full is
required with reservation.

Phone – Fax – and Email
reservations will not be accepted.

If you wish to send your
application with overnight delivery please do so without a signature
delivery.

You may have vehicles
parked in your area during show hours. Please be courteous to other campers.
Do not overflow into other RV space.

One additional vehicle is
permitted over night per RV space reserved.
-
No parking of any
additional vehicles in your assigned space overnight is allowed
-
No reserving of parking
spaces will be allowed. This means no cones, rope, string, other vehicles,
x-pens, mats or any other means of reserving parking space. All RV parking
and camping is on a pre pay reservation basis.

No “holding” or changing
spaces without the RV Parking Chairman’s approval.

Parking may be on gravel,
asphalt or grass.

All vehicles must be
self-contained.

There is a dump station
located on the fairgrounds. The fee to dump is TBD

Jam and Sons will be
providing Mobile Septic Service for an additional fee. See the Mobile Septic
Application for details.

Compliance with Parking
Personnel is MANDATORY. Anyone improperly dumping gray or black water will
be subject to a SHOW HEARING.

Please be courteous when
parking. Leave enough room for your slide outs, awnings and vehicles.

Handicap
parking is on a first come first serve basis.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU REGISTER

All pre-paid reservations
will receive in the mail the following:

Confirmation letter (sent
to address on application)

Confirmation email sent
when application is received.

Laminated card to place in
your window. (This must be displayed at all times during parking at the
show.)

Laminated card with RV
Parking Chairman’s Information.

Laminated card for Mobile
Dump Service. (This must be displayed on the dates of the service.)
-
Phone number list of local
RV Dealers if you should have trouble with your rig.

This packet
will be mailed out the week of September 7th. If you will be unable to
intercept this information prior to your arrival please let me know in the
“Additional Requests” section.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE

You will be provided a
laminated card with the RV Parking and Camping Chairman’s information.

When you arrive at the
fair grounds enter at Gate #2 or Gate #3.

Telephone your RV Chairman
and we will direct you right to your assigned parking or camping space.

This service is available
24 hours. Whether you arrive at 2pm or 2am, we will be able to assist you in
getting to your assigned area safely and promptly.

Parking and Camping Chairman is available to you anytime you have any
questions or concerns regarding RV Parking, Camping, Septic Service and Golf
Cart Rental.
