As some of you are probably aware, there has been an problem with getting the necessary information from the Show Secretary in order to issue refunds of entry fees required by the rules and regulations. The Board apologizes for the continuing delay. The Board is currently considering making an official complaint to AKC and other possible sanctions.

While we are still trying to get the problem sorted out through official channels, anyone who is waiting for such a refund, please email the Treasurer at treasurer@bordercolliesociety.com with your name, address, telephone number, class(es), armband number(s), and amount of refund expected, e.g., entered in herding test that was cancelled by the judge. Please copy me at president@bordercolliesociety.com. 

The Board is also aware of some cases in which the published results were not correct. It is suggested that everyone verify their published results, and, if there is a discrepancy, contact AKC Special Services Department at awards@akc.org.  I would also suggest copying Event Plans at eventplans@akc.org.  And, again, please copy me at president@bordercolliesocieyt.com.  Official results can be searched at http://www.akc.org/events/search.
