The Border Collie Society of America (BCSA) reserves the right to refuse any vendor that does not meet the regulations and guidelines to participate in this event. The fee schedule is listed above. By signing below I hereby release the BCSA, BCSA Board Members and Purina Farms from any accidents, damages, or theft of property or properties before, after or at the time of the Border Collie Society of America National Specialty. I ** The Purina Event Center is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2010. It is our belief that Agility, Obedience, Rally and Conformation will be held indoors but that is dependent upon the completion of the Event Center which we have no control over.
