The 2010 Specialty will once again feature a photo contest.

Entries:
Entries will be divided into four categories. Please be sure the following information appears on the reverse of each photo you submit: name, address, telephone, e-mail address and category photo will compete. Use the convenient on-line labels.

1. Border Collies at Work: photos of BCs working at herding, agility, obedience, tracking, etc.

2. Border Collies at Play: photos of BCs doing other things such as playing Frisbee, catch, in the pool, etc.

3. Border Collies posing: photos of BCs being still! Anything from sleeping to standing to to begging or just being 'cute'.

4. Border Collie Colors: photos of any 'colored' BCs!

Contest Rules:

• No professional photographers or professionally taken photos

• No photos larger than "5 x 7"

• No matted prints

Other:

• Photos will be on display in the hospitality room.

• A prize will also be awarded for the best photo judged by the viewers at the National Specialty.

• Winning photos will appear in Borderlines.

• Photos will become the property of BCSA. Every effort will be made to return the photos to their owners if submitted with a SASE or photos can be picked up at the Specialty after the Social. However, there is no guarantee that this can be done. Please make copies of your valuable photos.

• Entry Labels: For your convenience, we are providing on-line labels for you to complete and attach to your contest photo for identification as well as a label for mailing your photo.
