All vendors are required to donate $100.00 in merchandise which will be used in a raffle to support Border Collie Rescue. Please drop off your donation to the Doggy Toyland booth no later than Thursday, October 8, 2009. If you are not able to drop off your donation please send it with your contract.

READ AND SIGN:

  • I understand that the grounds of Jefferson County Fair Park will be available for vendor booth set up on Monday October 5, 2009 at 6:30am and not before and no Vendor will have access to the site prior to this time.

  • Vending at the Herding venue will be set up outside on a first come first serve basis due to limited space. The Vending area will be marked off. Be prepared for potential inclement weather if you choose to vend outside. Agility and conformation booths are pre-assigned and inside. You may choose to vend inside during herding if you wish. Changes and adjustments may be made by the authority of the Vendor Chairperson only.

  • Vending hours will vary each day due to the number of entries per day. Herding starts at: 7:00am, Agility starts at 8:00am, and Conformation & Obedience start at 8:00am.

  • Vendors will be responsible for keeping their area around their booth clean which includes properly disposing of trash.

  • It is the responsibility of all vendors to complete any orders taken at the Specialty and to ship them promptly to the person or persons having placed the order. Vendor’s receipts will indicate a shipping date of order.

  • Any device that produces sound must be operated so as not to disturb exhibitors or dogs. Vendor Chair and Exhibition Management reserves the right to determine acceptable sound levels.

  • Vendors are responsible for manning their booth while they are open.

The Border Collie Society of America (BCSA) reserves the right to refuse any vendor that does not meet the regulations and guidelines to participate in this event. The fee schedule is listed above. I, __________________________________, hereby release the BCSA, BCSA Board Members and Jefferson County Fair Park from any accidents, damages, or theft of property or properties before, after or at the time of the Border Collie Society of America National Specialty.
