If you are using the entry form on the web, don't forget to copy the back page of the entry form (where applicable) and submit it with your entry. If you are using a generic entry form, the back of the form must contain the Arbitration Language from the AKC which begins "I, (we) agree that any cause of action, et al".

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ENTRIES

• Entries open on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. Local Time, before which time entries will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor.

• Entries close on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Local Time, after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows, or when limit is reached..

• No hand deliveries.

• Overnight deliveries must NOT require signature.
