  • I understand that the grounds of Purina Farms will be available for vendor booth set up on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 6:30 am and not before.

  • Herding booths will be set up on a first come first serve basis due to limited space at venue. Agility and conformation booths are pre-assigned. Changes and adjustments may be made by the authority of the Vendor Chairperson only. Be prepared for potential inclement weather during the week.

  • Vending hours will vary each day due to the number of entries per day. Herding starts at: 7:00am, Agility starts at 8:00am, and Conformation & Obedience start at 9:00am.

  • Vendors will be responsible for keeping their area around their booth clean and properly disposing of trash.

  • I understand that Ralston Purina is the proud sponsor of the 2007 BCSA National Specialty and claim exclusive rights as the sole provider and exhibitor of dog food and reserves the right to refuse space as needed and to refuse entry and/or set-up to anyone obtaining space under false pretenses.

  • It is the responsibility of all vendors to complete any orders taken at the Specialty and to ship them promptly to the person or persons having placed the order.

  • Any devices that produce sound must be operated so as not to disturb other exhibitors. Vendor Chair and Exhibition Management reserves the right to determine acceptable sound levels.

  • Vendors are responsible for manning their booth while they are open.
