The Premium Lists are available in two file formats; Adobe PDF and Word DOC.  Click the format icon that works best for you.  If you are unable to open either file type, e-mail Nancie Mages to request a copy via US-mail.

If you are using the entry form on the web, don't forget to copy the back page of the entry form (where applicable) and submit it with your entry. If you are using a generic entry form, the back of the form must contain the Arbitration Language from the AKC which begins "I, (we) agree that any cause of action, et al".

These are big files. You can open them two ways:
1. Open directly inside of your browser by clicking on the links--they are set to open in a new window.
2. Right-click on the format icon, choose "Save Target As...", then save the files to your hard drive, and later open them in Adobe Acrobat or Word. This works best if you have a non-standard configuration, or do not have your PC set up to automatically recognize file extensions and open them in the appropriate program.

IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ENTRIES

• Entries open on Wednesday, July 12, 2006 at 8:00 a.m. EDT, before which time entries will not be accepted and will be returned to the exhibitor.

• Entries close on Friday, September 1, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. EDT, after which time entries cannot be accepted, cancelled or substituted except as provided for in Chapter 11, Section 6 of the Rules Applying to Dog Shows, or when limit is reached..

• No hand deliveries.

• Overnight deliveries must NOT require signature.
