• Booths are outdoors at Purina Farms, on a gravel surface. Note that Purina has recently improved their vendor area, as well as much of the grounds to improve drainage, etc.

• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables and other booth amenities.

• Vendor fee: $100 refundable deposit. Deposit check will be returned upon arrival.

• Vendors are asked to donate $100 retain value item(s) for the raffle. All raffle proceeds will go to the BCSA health fund.

• Vendors donating items will receive a free one page ad in the catalog. The ad will also appear on the BCSA web site and be linked to your web site.
