The annual membership meeting of the Border Collie Society of America will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2006, immediately following the Performance Titled Conformation Fun Match at approximately 5:30 p.m. at the Best Western Diamond Inn, lower level conference room, Gray Summit, Missouri.  Please join us. Committee chairs will present annual reports.

Immediately following the Annual Meeting there will be a BCSA sponsored pizza party. Please bring your own beverage.

In a continuing effort to keep the meeting to a manageable time, the following procedures will be followed.

• Any member who wishes to present a motion, resolution, or item of new business must submit it in writing to Laura Wright, Corresponding Secretary, 2005 Sussex Dr., Mt. Dora, FL 32757 by October 1, 2006.

• Only items received by the Corresponding Secretary by October 1, 2006, will be placed on the agenda.

• The annual meeting will adjourn approximately two hours after it begins.
